Spring 1956 – Bob forms his first ever band The Shadow Blasters
1956 – First ever Dylan recording with The Jokers
1957 – John Bucklen Home Tapes
1958 – Junior Graduation
Summer 1958 – Accident of Larry Kegan
June 5th 1959 – Graduaded from Highschool
Summer 1959 – Bob was not in Camp Herzl
September 1959 – Bob starts studying at the University of Minneapolis
September 1959 – Picture in “Mixin’ Up The Medicine” at University of Minneapolis
October 1959 – Bob changes his last name to Dylan (yet unofficially)
Christmas 1959 – Bob back in Hibbing for Christmas, already playing acoustic guitar
January 1960 – Started playing with Spider John Körner
Spring 1960 – Dylan playing regular gigs at the Ten O’Clock Scholar (and then also the Purple Onion)
May 1960 – St. Paul’s Tape à First pre-Denver recording
Summer 1960 – Bob in Colorado à 3 weeks Denver, then one week Central City,
September 1960 – First Minneapolis Tape à now sounding more like Guthrie
November / December 1960 – Bob goes east to Madison, WI
Christmas 1960 – Bob arrives in Chicago, looking up Kevin Krown
Drove to New York with Dave Berger, a friend of Fred Underhill who also joined the pack
24th January 1961 – Bob arrives in New York City with Fred Underhill
29th January 1961 – Bob visited Izzy Youngs Folklore Center for the first time
11th April 1961 – 2 week bill gerdes as opener for John Lee Hooker
May 1961 – Besuch in Minneapolis à Party Tape recording
